Arc Fabs (Yorkshire) Ltd was founded in 2018 as a sub-contract fabricator to provide a skilled labour force that enables our clients throughout the UK and Europe to meet their targets. Our expertise has assisted on multiple projects and is relied upon as an extension of many companies own facilities. We pride ourselves on maintaining a consistent high standard of work and achieving the critical deadlines demanded in our industry.
We have 3 over-head cranes, 2 of which can lift 10 Tonne and 1 that can lift 5 tonne. Also servicing our yard area are counter balance forktrucks and side loading forktrucks.
We have numerous saws available with our max straight cut capacity being 1000mm X 500mm and bevel cuts of up to 60 degrees.
We use a State-of-the-art security system to keep track of all assets on-site. Which is also used to ensure employee security and safety.
We have 25 full-time plater/welders with all our welders being coded in accordance to BS EN ISO 9606 and work to procedures in accordance with BS EN ISO 15614 our platers are either apprenticeship trained or time served.
We have full-time quality control officers to check that all work complies to CE Marking BS-1090 to execution class 4 and to maintain a high standard of workmanship.
